For some people, Christmas starts November 1 — Bubba is one of those people. The English Bulldog is apparently a huge Christmas lover. As seen in a video his owner posted, which shows the dog getting ready for the holiday way before December even starts.

Maybe it's the Christmas tree or maybe it's the holiday cheer that Bubba is excited about. All we know is that the Bulldog is ready for when the holiday hits.

Bubba has a new favorite sitting spot — right under the Christmas tree. It only makes sense seeing as how the English Bulldog is such a gift.

"Bubba, get out of the tree," the woman ordered. But Bubba wasn't budging.

We don't blame him. When the tree is up we can't stay away from it either. "Bubba, come here," she commanded. But again, Bubba was staying under that tree no matter what his mama said.

"The tree must be in Bubba's spot," his owner chimed in.

Poor Bubba. He just wants every day to be Christmas, which is our dream too. People in the comments section could totally relate to the Bulldog. " He is the gift that keeps on giving!" one person commented. "Bubba wants to be the first one to see Santa!" someone else cheered. "You let that baby have his Christmas!!!" exclaimed another commenter. "Bubba said, 'no thanks I am good here,'" one person teased.

Safe Christmas Decorations for Pets

Christmas decorating is one of the best parts of the holiday. However, if you're a pet owner things can become tricky when considering your animal's safety.

Live trees are positively gorgeous. Fir, spruce, and pine trees are all considered non-toxic to dogs. However it's those pesky needles that can be a trigger. If a dog accidentally ingests a needle it can cause oral irritation and gestational upset. This goes ditto for artificial trees, which can upset an animal stomach if eaten.

Many people try to fertilize their tree's water so it stays fresh for longer periods of time. But it's the chemicals in that fertilizer can be dangerous for dogs. Even the mold in the water can be bad news.

Cat lovers need to be careful around ornaments. They tend to like batting at those delicate glass baubles, which can cause them to fall and shatter. Your cat might also be really transfixed by your Christmas lights, but they should keep away. They can lead to choking hazards and burns.

If you really want to go big with your tree, don't fret. You can place it in a room that your pet isn't allowed in or put it behind a baby gate where your dog can't reach.

In Bubba's case, the only danger is getting the dog to leave his favorite spot.
