  • What is Medicare

Medicare is a federal health insurance program designed for people aged 65+ and older, as well as younger individuals with certain disabilities or medical conditions. More than 66 million people in the U.S. get their health coverage from Medicare.

Medicare has different parts, each providing specific coverage. Before enrolling, it’s important to understand the different parts, when you should sign up, and how Medicare works.
