Yellow Labrador's Bewilderment Over Jack Russell's Epic Zoomies Is Too Good to Miss
Umm, what's going on? One poor Yellow Lab looked so confused during a super-strong case of the zoomies his fur-sibling had. The poor pup was perplexed! It's almost like he'd never seen a dog have the zoomies before. Correct — he'd never seen another dog have the zoomies before. And the look on his face was downright hilarious.
The Labrador Retriever looked positively bewildered. What's happening? Why was his Jack Russell Terrier sibling running so fast? You can see the gears in his head moving, trying to figure it all out.
It really shows the difference between the two animals. In the video, Peppa, the miniature Jack Russell Terrier, definitely has energy for days. She was running so fast, we're surprised she didn't leave a trail of smoke behind her — Road Runner-style.

But you know who wasn't impressed? Her Yellow Lab fur-sibling. The Labrador Retriever was not having it. It was almost like his annoying little sister was acting up. Um, hello Mom? How do we get her to stop? he seemed to say.
Not only did the Lab watch as the Jack Russell passed by him several times, he absolutely did not get up to match her energy. Guess not everyone is in a zoom-y kind of mood.
The comments section couldn't stop laughing. "I feel like they should get a cat, I have a feeling a cat would break this up after about three passes," wrote one person. "Lab just needs to slide her leg out a little further," someone else teased. "Lab says, 'she’s burning the midnight oil again mom,'" chimed in someone else. While another commenter put it bluntly: "Your Labrador thinks she’s crazy," they joked.
What Are the Zoomies?
Have you ever noticed your dog running back and forth super-fast? Or maybe they'll do circles around the living room? That's called the zoomies. And it's a perfectly normal part of being a dog. The zoomies are basically an extreme burst of energy that dogs get, which causes them to run around (and around...and around). It can be a little scary the first time it happens and is sometimes destructive if they tend to get the zoomies in the house and knock over furniture.
To prevent this, you'll want to make sure you're giving your dog adequate mental and physical stimulation. A walk around the block might not be enough for some dogs, so if you want to lessen the amount of times your pup gets the zoomies, make sure you give them plenty of exercise. It might be a little extra work on your end, but you'll be saving your furniture. Trust us!
